Q: What region do you service?
A: The entire State of Vermont.
Q: How do I subscribe to the service?
A: Click on the "Services" button in the Navigation Bar to the left, then follow the directions to the "New Client Registration Form" from there. Or, you can call VTECs at 1-800-861-4493 8:00AM to 5:00PM Mon - Fri.
Q: How do I place a file for closing?
A: Click on the
"Services" button in the Navigation Bar, input your
User ID and Password, then follow the instructions for
"Enter New
Transaction".
Q: How do I look up the status of a file that has been placed?
A: Click on the
"Services" button in the Navigation Bar, input your
User ID and Password, then follow the instructions for
"View Account Status".
Q: How often is the system updated?
A: Data is updated at least
twice daily, by 11:00AM and 4:00 PM,
to give our clients the most current information available.
