Q: What region do you service?
A: The entire State of Vermont.
Q: How do I subscribe to the service?
A: Click on the "Services" button in the Navigation Bar to the left, then follow the directions to the "New Client Registration Form" from there. Or, you can call VTECs at 802-879-0441 8:00AM to 5:00PM Mon - Fri.
Q: How do I place a file for closing?
A: Click on the
"Services" button in the Navigation Bar, input your
User ID and Password, then follow the instructions for
"Enter New
Transaction".
Q: How do I look up the status of a file that has been placed?
A: Click on the
"Services" button in the Navigation Bar, input your
User ID and Password, then follow the instructions for
"View Account Status".
Q: How often is the system updated?
A: Data is updated at least
twice daily, by 11:00AM and 4:00 PM,
to give our clients the most current information available.
